I can't say enough good things about Custom Dryer Vent Cleaning!  Our dryer vent was completely clogged and leaking due to condensation.  It is a 40 foot vent run, in the basement, but within a few hours the vent was completely replaced and we were up and running again.  Service was spectacular -- I called on a Wednesday and they were out the next day to inspect and replace the vent.  Needless to say, there was a lot of lint in the vent, but my home was left completely clean.  Price was more than reasonable for such amazing service.  If you are in need of dryer vent work, this is the company to choose!

We are so glad that we reached out to Brian to clean our dryer vent.  We always remove the lint between every dryer cycle but heard the vent could still get filled with debris. I needed my dryer vent cleaned but my normal vendor was booked and couldn't come out.    I was put in touch with Brian and Custom Dryer Vent Cleaning.  This turned out to be a life saver.   I've been having my home serviced for over seven years and dryer vent cleaning has been all over the place.   It's like a magic show.   They wave some stuff around and tada the job is apparently done, but every performer does it totally different and some of the methods are questionable.   In some instances it didn't look like the person doing it was even really doing anything at all and they were done so quickly it didn't make sense.  After people would leave, I just knew that my equipment was struggling.   Something didn't feel right.   Brian came in on time without any struggle, and the experience was totally different.  He was in my attic, he thorougly checked out my lines and cleared them.  The job took a while because it previously hadn't being done correctly and I had a hugh back up of stuff clogged in the lines from what the previous vendors had missed.    In retrospect, I could have had a fire break out and I woudn't have even known.  Thanks to Brian, that scenario has been resolved and the danger no longer exists.  Brian was punctional. He communicated very clearly, and he did the work at a very high level.   You could just tell this guy knew what he was doing.   Don't mess around.  Call Brian and let a professional handle the work.   It's not worth messing around and going anywhere else.
